Chris has been educating for decades and had been in the role of superintendent for over 20 years giving him unique insight to the challenges of the position. He has a doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, authored a book in that space, and founded Managing Leadership with the intent of driving improvement through growth in leadership.

He has three adult children and spends time traveling and learning other languages.            

Russ has managed and marketed leadership training as well as been a leader in business for decades as an advisor, and mentor in numerous industries. He has a passion for solving problems and live by the credo - Study, Plan, Execute with Passion.

 

He is married to the love of his life, has three adult children and two grandkids to keep him busy.
