How We Help - What We Offer

Executive Coaching
Our Executive Coaching is directed towards leadership development and it is done through direct instruction, mentoring, and executive coaching.
We recognize that people learn from direct instruction and mentoring followed up by action. As leadership is ultimately an action, our coaching methods are what can take you to the next level.
Our individualized system allows us to make observations that the leader may miss. It works because we develop a strong trust relationship with each client. Then combined with clear and open communication skills we help build strong leadership habits and skills needed for the next level.
The bond we develop leads to a deep rational dialogue that causes the client to reflect critically on what they have been doing and thinking. This is where the client makes some realizations that transform their leadership and ultimately evolves their identity toward their purpose.
Staff Development
Leaders often work in teams, and teams work best when they are aligned and all rowing in the same direction. Our staff development for teams is individually designed based on the coaching that is needed to address deficiencies.
As each staff member becomes more clear with how their leader's attitudes and purposes align, their identity evolves as well and their behaviors follow suit. These changes need to be understood by the other members of the team.
In some instances, the team members also need direct coaching. This service is part of what we provide tailored to and includes the chief executive’s input. Our plan includes analysis, leader coaching, team alignment and accountibility oversight.
Speaking Engagements
The following are just some of the subjects we are prepared to bring to your organization or group in a large or medium audience format. We can also provide break out group or discussion panels as desired. These sessions are thought provoking and deeper dives than your average keynote. However, they are also filled with humor, anecdotes, and useful tools that have real value.
Title: Identity Formation through Coaching
Target Audience: Executive coaches that are interested in the psychological processes at work during their coaching sessions.
What it Includes: General overview of Jack Mezirow’s Transformational Learning model, Rober Kegan’s Stages of Adult Development, and Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory.
These three constructs are then explained how they interact with each other to assist an executive coach on guiding the client to critical reflections and obtain transformation.
Title: Leadership Burnout & Bounceback
Target Audience: Leaders; both those who have been in the trenches and need to rejuvenate their healthy habits and those new to the profession who want to ensure they keep burnout at bay.
What it Includes: General overview of the Leadership Gateway and how this can assist them in making sure they have a strong foundation in what they do. Activities and practices are provided for the leaders to bring back and put into practice. These activities and practices cover mindfulness, productivity hacks, and understanding the importance of planning for yourself while planning for your organization. Ultimately, we want the participants to understand how to ‘eat their frog’ without getting boiled.
Title: Education is Transformative
Target Audience: Educators who need to be rejuvenated and inspired.
What it Includes: Participants are reminded the immortal words of Ralph Waldo Emerson; “The mind once stretched by a new idea, never returns to it’s original state”. Jack Mezirow’s Transformational Learning and Robert Kegan’s Stages of Adult Development outline how new information transforms people at all ages. Experiences from a lifetime in education brings humor to this important message. Because education is important and what they do matters.
